Smartbond is designed to protect the bonds deep within the hair & strengthen them during technical processes such as lightening and colouring, resulting in hair that is stronger, feels softer and looks shinier.
Smartbond is a two step process which allows our Stylists to protect the hair and prevent damage during a technical service.
How it works
Your hair fibre is made up of Keratin chains that are linked together by bonds. Smart bond contains Maleic Acid which works smartly by limiting the oxidative stress hair undergoes during a colouring service.
It preserves the stronger bonds of the hair, while targeting the weaker, therefore allowing reconstruction of the weaker bonds of the hairs fibre.
Smartbond is highly recommended for clients who lighten their hair with bleach or frequently colour their hair, to help maintain the hairs strength.
